Nigam's Magnanimous Gesture For Kangana's Film

A few days ago, Sonu Nigam recorded a song for Tanu Weds Manu Returns without charging the producers Eros International a single penny.
The film's director Anand L Rai has a very good rapport with Sonu, who is also close to the film's music composer Krsna.
When contacted, Krishika Lulla (wife of Eros International's head honcho Sunil Lulla) was tight-lipped about the details of the song, but confirmed that they have a song from Sonu in their upcoming Kangana Ranaut starrer at no extra cost.
Added Krishika, "Sonu told me that we had offered him a very melodious song which he had been waiting for since a long time."
Tanu Weds Manu Returns, which is a sequel to the 2011 hit Tanu weds Manu, hits the screens on May 22.
